The platform is a feedback and compliance mechanism that will enable customers directly reach out to the chairman of the board and executive management at Konga on issues affecting various aspects of its business relationship with the consumer.

Konga Compliance will go live as soon as possible and it will include a dedicated phone line for calls/SMS. A report shows that all feedbacks received from customers will be monitored directly by the chairman and other management executives for immediate resolution.
